Artwork & Design Responsibility By submitting artwork or approving a digital proof you confirm that you have the legal right to use all logos, images, text, and designs included. Custom Pack Nexa accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted artwork. You are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted content is accurate, legally owned, and print-ready.

Proof Approval A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully check the proof for errors including spelling, colors, dimensions, and design elements. Once you approve the proof, Custom Pack Nexa is not liable for any errors present in the approved design.

Pricing All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order will be honored. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Full payment or an agreed deposit is required before production begins. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely.

Intellectual Property All content on the Custom Pack Nexa website including images, text, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Custom Pack Nexa and may not be reproduced without written permission.
