Refund & Return Policy

At Custom Pack Nexa, we take great pride in the quality of our custom packaging. Because all of our products are custom made to your specific requirements, our refund and return policy is as follows.

Custom Orders Since every order is uniquely manufactured to your approved design and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders simply due to a change of mind. We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review and approve their digital proof before production begins.

Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that is our fault, we will gladly offer a free reprint or a full refund. To be eligible you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@custompacknexa.com with the following information — your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective items.

Incorrect Orders If we have made an error on your order that differs from your approved proof, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you.

Design Errors Custom Pack Nexa is not responsible for errors in the final product that were present and approved in the digital proof, including spelling mistakes, color choices, or incorrect dimensions confirmed by the customer.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet started. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible as materials and resources have already been committed to your order.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days back to your original payment method.
