At Custom Pack Nexa we work hard to deliver your custom packaging safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
Production Time All orders are custom manufactured and require a production period before shipping. Standard production time is 7 to 14 business days from the date your proof is approved and payment is confirmed. Rush production may be available upon request — please contact us before placing your order if you have an urgent deadline.
Shipping Time Shipping time is in addition to production time. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Estimated shipping times are as follows — domestic orders 3 to 7 business days, and international orders 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Carriers We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely. The carrier used will depend on your location and order size.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and dimensions. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
Flat Pack Shipping Where possible, boxes are shipped flat packed to reduce shipping costs and storage space. Assembly instructions are included where required.
Lost or Delayed Shipments Custom Pack Nexa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is lost in transit please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
